How can I clear negative energy?  SMUDGE !

Creating Creativity, creating positive energy. I have a funny story I’d like to share with you today. Maybe this has happened to you or maybe you could try the same thing.

It all begins with the fact that  we have our home for sale. Well it has been now for 6 months. We lowered the price and have now put on a second agent. I had heard about smudging, to clear negative energy. So I did some online research and amongst other things, I found that if you wanted to sell your home, smudging was highly recommended.

Ok sounds like it’s just what we need, so we order online and buy the smudge sticks. The package arrives the day of the open house. Wow I thought let’s do it now so we can attract a buyer today. We opened it and thought how funny it looked. You’ll know what I mean. So we laughed a little. Then we lit it, well OMG it actually smelt like an illicit drug. Sh**  We have an open house in an hour and the place smelt like… you get the picture. 

Trying to put it out as quickly as possible and finding somewhere to hide it..I thought in the cupboard in the garage, oh no what if someone wants to see how big the cupboard is. I covered it with an old mining hardhat and ran back into the house to get rid of that smell…So far no contract but oh so much fun & excitement..

You could try clearing the negative energy around your home, and see what it brings. There are many places to buy the Smudge Sticks and many types and packages to choose from. Ours was as I said, specifically to help sell our home. Desert Sage, sweetgrass and  cedar, were the magic ingredients.

 A  photo or two….It might make you feel more in the moment.

Remember you can do as much or as little as you like. It is all about simple creative success. Having some fun and Ticking off your goals list and celebrating those dreams and goals throughout the year.
