“Let us be about setting high standards for life, love, creativity, and wisdom. If our expectations in these areas are low, we are not likely to experience wellness. Setting high standards makes every day and every decade worth looking forward to.”

A Red Candle Ritual to complete week one

Friday, January 8th, 2010

FRIDAY: I did it I stayed away, but I’ll be back…

Hey welcome to Friday the end is nearing for week one. I hope you have enjoyed the week setting some intentions for 2010 and beyond. Something for you to complete over the weekend. Gee thats like 4 challenges in 1 this week. hehe…

I have a special little Red Goals Ritual for you it is from Alisse Bradley, the Prosperity Whisperer. You can check out her site for more info. Wayne and I did this New Years Day and have been lighting our candle each nite with dinner. As well as being a goal tool it is also quite romantic. haha…So it goes something like this. Remember this is only a guide, only do what feels right for you. Enjoy…

Write out your Top 10 for Twenty Ten on a red piece of paper

Get yourself a red candle and place it somewhere sacred

Burn your goals list in the candle flame, imagine how it will be and the feelings & emotions, as if all the goals you have set have materialized.

Place the ashes in a pot plant or garden, which you will water and nurture, until your goals come to be.

Each nite light your candle and look into the flame and dream the dreams you intended using emotions.

Here is my version of the Ritual pretty Kool really, I loved it.

OK Week 1 complete 51 to go. Yay…I may pop in over the weekend just to see how things went and post in the blogg. I will actually post a sneak peak into what creative idea we have for next week. Woo hoo this is awesome fun….

Until then

Are you setting your intentions?

Friday, January 8th, 2010

Ok So I couldn’t wait to get back.

WEDNESDAY: Yeah I know it’s only Tuesday, I couldn’t wait to see how you are all going with your goal setting. Remember what you are doing is setting intentions for what you would love to and expect to happen in your life. Thought I’d pop in with some simple thoughts to think about; here goes…

Abundance, goals, finances, savings, plans, budgets, career choices, home, relationships, family, friends, self fulfilment, personal growth, contributions, supporting fave charities, fun factor, gr8fulness, health & fitness, lifestyle, holidays, precious things, freedom, social life, hobbies, craft, spiritual, meditation, whatever you are thinking is good for the mind, body & soul.

Jenny & Jo, What can I say, & Lisa, Way to Go Girls…. woohooo!

I’ll be back…Wednesday!

OK So here I am again. Still only Tuesday, but you will see it Wed when you check in. How are you doing? I bet you have so many thoughts flying around. I hope you are getting some awe inspiring ideas on paper. I know you are.

If you would like to comment, or ask any questions, anything to do with week one and the challenge, you can pop on the Challenge blogg. Linked below to Week One.

The weeks post is up ready for comments: WEEK ONE:  Reflections & Intentions  I shall put a post up and a link to it each week, so you can go over and comment and let us know what you’re up to. Let us know if you have posted a pic of your creation or a message,  we can all go check  out your blogg. The  idea is to keep everyone motivated, challenged and inspired to Create our Dreams.

And now for the link to the Goal Setting Template, if you want to use it. Remember you do it how you want to. I am suggesting ideas, but they are just that, suggested ideas only.

Week One Goal Intentions

MANIC MONDAY:  And the Challenge is?

Well actually you have 3 in 1 this week. You will be reflecting on past positives, your imagination will soar, not so much with creativity but with imagining your goals, dreams and ambitions for 2010 and beyond. This will be the hardest part of the journey, being prepared to ”Create Achieve & Live Your Dreams”.

Stop for a moment and  ponder.

“How will I know what to strive for, if I don’t know what I’m striving for?”

~donna lingard

You can use your journal to doodle, scribble, paint, draw, use coloured pens, pencils, whatever your heart desires. It will be easier to keep all your ideas together in your journal. Don’t worry about how messy or how tidy it is.

On Wednesday, I will be adding a link to a template you can use. (thanks Lisa) Once you pen your dreams in your journal, you can organize them and make them a little clearer in a goals list. Okay enough with the blah blah blah already, let’s get started.

1. Magic Moments of 2009

What were some of your Magic Moments?

What was extraordinary in your life?

Amazing accomplishments?

Awesome achievements?

Important decisions you made?

Exciting experiences you had?

2. Goal Setting Time

20 quick goals  These are the very first ideas that come to mind

20 goals dreaming without limits

20 goals for 20 years  look way into the future

3. Top 10 Goals for Twenty Ten

Sounds pretty Kool huh! Okay so these are compiled from your list of 60 above.

The goals you think you can certainly achieve this year and will.

Remember you do as much or as little as you like. You may have only 40 so far on your list. You may have 20 for 2010. If you choose the most doable ones then you will have success and may even score some extras from your list. It is all about success and ticking off and celebrating those dreams and goals throughout the year.

Off you go, get started. You have a week to come up with your list. What are you waiting for?
