Week 4 A Brag Book

 Hey hello Co Creators

Manic Monday: And the Challenge is? A Brag Book…

Stop for a moment and ponder.

“How will I know what I’m Bragging about, if I don’t know what to Brag about?”

~donna lingard

Aha is your Creative Light turned on. Great then let’s get thinking on this one. We kinda looked into your past achievements in week one. Go back in time now and find a fantastic acheivement, an awesome goal you completed, it may be the birth of a child, marrying the man of your dreams, starting a new business, travelling somewhere you thought you would never be able to go to, or for me it was becoming an Author. A space in time when you were on a real high, so excitied you could burst. Now pull in all those feelings and bottle them up in your tummy where the excited butterflies hang out and create from there.

My version: A Brag Book with a difference. I guess you could call it a mini book… Made with envelopes…

So here it is dadar!!! Showcasing “My World Rox Book Launch”…

I started with 5 envelopes, I have covered each envelope front with coloured paper,  and each back the same with the envelop top flat out. (another one I did I painted with pink glitter paints) Glued the inside tops  to the outside bottoms of each one until all 5 were stuck. Then you can fold this into a concertina booklet. You should now have pockets to add things too and  little keepsakes of the moment in time. I added my personal embellishments, journalling and pics to brag about the event.

Remember you can do as much or as little as you like. It is all about simple creative success. Ticking off your goals list and celebrating those dreams and goals throughout the year.

OK are you ready to go get started? You have a week to complete the challenge. What are you waiting for? Go have some fun with it and get those exciting feelings happening and move into your happy space for more creation.

My Motto for 2010 “Let’s make Twenty Ten Simply Successful”

See you on Wisdom Wednesday:

Yours in Creativity

I didn’t do a brag book, but listed my brags on my blog. I often focus on my failures and feel that by being a Mum at home, I’ve not done ‘enough’ with my life….. and that my goals are small fry in the scheme of things…. This was a good exercise to do.
